If your account is using the Exchange server, all the mail folders should be synced to your Outlook client. If your account is using the IMAP server, not all folders will be synced. Here's what we've tried so far: Change Mail Days to Sync to 'no limit' on iOS (resolved the issue for the 4th user, but no others) Set the IMAP Path Prefix to 'INBOX' (this option does not exist under settings for any of the other users) WebExpand the Folder Pane by clicking the > on the left side of the screen.
