Web9 feb. 2015 · I'd have to say Swellow is more useful in game. I know Pelipper can Fly and Surf, but Swellow exceeds as just being a good Pokemon to have on your team. It's fast and hits hard, while Pelipper suffers from that 4X weakness to Electricity and doesn't have the same speed and power as Swellow.
