My recollection surrounding the videotapes and survey information taken by the James Cameron expedition is that they in fact found all four of Bismarck's turrets. The (horizontal parts of the) tops were dark grey. The yellow was there at the beginning of the sortie. The yellow at the end of the sortie is probable.
